Seafood encapsulates a wide variety of delicacies. But, more often than not, making seafood can be a bit difficult for some. But, there’s no need to worry. Here are five must-try seafood recipes that are not just delicious but also super easy to make.

Bourbon-Glazed Salmon

  • Brown sugar
  • Bourbon
  • Soy sauce
  • Fresh lime juice
  • Fresh ginger
  • Garlic cloves
  • Salt
  • Salmon fillets
  • Sesame seeds
  • Green onions

We first begin making this dish by marinating the salmon. To do this, add brown sugar, bourbon, soy sauce, fresh lime juice, salt, ginger, cloves, and ground black pepper in a large container. Make sure you mix all of these ingredients well. This will become your marinade. Apply it generously to your salmon fillets. Seal the fillets in a zip-top plastic bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. You can also marinate the salmon for longer. After marination, remove the salmon, preheat your oven and bake the fillets until the fish begins to flake.
